Misuse policy
1.1 - Cream chargers contain a gas called nitrous oxide that can be abused in the same way that glue or solvents are. Inhalation of nitrous oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. In order to prevent this we require that all customers purchasing our products confirm they are aware of the issues and will make every effort to prevent our products from being misused and customers purchasing more than 600 cream chargers a week must fill out our wholesale application. Also, we issue this warning if we suspect that you intend to misuse our products we will refuse to sell any equipment to you. We will refuse to do business with you in the future and your account (name, addresses etc) will be blocked.
1.2 - We have a policy of not selling cream chargers to any person whom we believe may be under 18 years of age or whom we believe may misuse the cream chargers.
1.3 - You confirm that you are the named purchaser and at least 18 years of age, and understand that you will be committing an offence if you provide false information to us.
1.4 - You confirm that you do not propose to misuse the cream chargers or to supply the cream chargers to anyone you believe may be under 18, or may misuse them.
1.5 - We reserve the right to refuse to sell our cream chargers to any person who we suspect may misuse them.
1.6 - We reserve the right to refuse to sell or to limit the number of cream chargers sold to any person.
Safety Information
2.1 - Cream chargers contain Nitrous Oxide under great pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION INJURY & SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS. EXPLOSION DANGER – do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat. Temperature not to exceed 50C.
2.2 - Do not dispose of full chargers as they could cause injury to others
2.3 - Keep out of reach of children.
2.4 - Pressurised gas cartridges must not be taken on board an aeroplane. No excuses, you may be prosecuted.
Payment
3.1 - Payment must be made in full via BACs to our company bank account on collection or two working days before delivery arrival.
3.2 - Application must be approved by email before payment can be made.
Delivery
4.1 - Delivery is complete once the Goods have been collected by you or a carrier organised by you or an authorised carrier we use to collect them from us.
4.2 - You own the Goods once we have received payment in full, including of all applicable delivery charges if applicable.
